What does it cost to hire the Main Hall?
🕙 We offer competitive, straightforward, hourly pricing. Please appreciate that you will probably need to allow time to set up the space before your event, and to clear up after your hire.

Selling Alcohol?
🍹 We will ask for a contribution of £20 towards our annual licence.
Need the hall overnight or for a weekend?
🌔Contact us to discuss a price. We aim to be competitive for weddings; family parties; conferences; festivals and more.
What does it cost to hire the Committee Room?
💻 Perfect for small meetings, interviews, workshops and more, our session rates include 30 free minutes of wrap-around time (15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your meeting) to allow for your set-up and clear-up.

🗓 Booking the hall is quick and simple. Just click the link below to get started:
💳 You don’t need to pay right away! For single events, payment is due on the 1st of the month before your booking. For example, if your event is on 15th August, the deadline is 1st July.
If you are booking a series of events, we are happy to discuss a flexible payment schedule that suits you, whilst supporting the charity’s cash flow.
Please note: the Trustees reserve the right to charge £100-£250 as a refundable damage deposit per hire or per series of events.
What happens next?
👀 Quick review: Once you submit the form, a Trustee will review your request. We always try to get back to you within 24 hours.
✅ Confirmation: If everything looks good, we’ll email you a quote or invoice, along with our Terms and Conditions of Hire. Payment won’t usually be required until the first day of the month before your hire.
